Dzi\u015b, z okazji 29 wrze\u015bnia, czyli Dnia G\u0142o\u015bnego Czytania, pomy\u015bla\u0142am, \u017ce opowiem Wam o tym, co dzieje si\u0119 w moim \u015bwiecie, <strong>kiedy nie pisz\u0119<\/strong>. Bo cho\u0107 pisanie jest dla mnie absolutnie fundamentalne, nie jestem maszyn\u0105. Jestem kobiet\u0105, kt\u00f3ra szuka balansu mi\u0119dzy tworzeniem a \u017cyciem. I nadal ni\u0105 jestem. Gdy nie pisz\u0119, si\u0119gam po ksi\u0105\u017cki \u2013 najcz\u0119\u015bciej po obyczaj\u00f3wki z w\u0105tkiem romansowym. R\u0119ce zaj\u0119te, g\u0142owa wolna \u2013 moje rytua\u0142y relaksu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Puzzle. Rysowanie. Haftowanie. Modelarstwo. Kolorowanki. To wszystko robi\u0119 z autentyczn\u0105 przyjemno\u015bci\u0105. Najbardziej relaksuj\u0105 mnie puzzle \u2014 czuj\u0119 wtedy, jak g\u0142owa odpoczywa, a \u015bwiat zwalnia. Nie potrzebuj\u0119 ciszy, inspiracji ani towarzystwa. Potrzebuj\u0119 kontaktu z czym\u015b manualnym. Z\u0142o\u017ceniem czego\u015b z kawa\u0142k\u00f3w. Zobaczeniem, jak co\u015b powstaje bez po\u015bpiechu, bez deadline\u2019\u00f3w. Tylko dla siebie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Ruch, pies, natura i reformery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Spaceruj\u0119. Mam psa, wi\u0119c spaceruj\u0119 cz\u0119sto \u2013 z obowi\u0105zku i przyjemno\u015bci. Czasem zm\u0119czona, czasem zafascynowana \u015bwiatem dooko\u0142a. Do tego dochodz\u0105 regularne treningi z trenerk\u0105 personaln\u0105 i moje ukochane zaj\u0119cia pilatesu na reformerach. Nie robi\u0119 tego, by schudn\u0105\u0107, zmieni\u0107 si\u0119 czy co\u015b sobie udowodni\u0107. Robi\u0119 to, bo moje cia\u0142o to ja. Bo chc\u0119 o siebie dba\u0107. To moja forma czu\u0142o\u015bci dla samej siebie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Czas dla ludzi i czas dla siebie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Uwielbiam rozmowy z bliskimi. Nie musz\u0105 by\u0107 d\u0142ugie ani g\u0142\u0119bokie \u2013 wystarczy obecno\u015b\u0107. A najlepiej, gdy mo\u017cna j\u0105 dzieli\u0107 w pi\u0119knym miejscu, gdzie\u015b na \u0142onie przyrody. Czas sp\u0119dzony wsp\u00f3lnie, ale bez planu, presji, po\u015bpiechu \u2013 to m\u00f3j luksus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A gdy jestem sama? Potrafi\u0119 po prostu le\u017ce\u0107 w ciemno\u015bci, wpatrywa\u0107 si\u0119 w sufit i pozwala\u0107 my\u015blom p\u0142yn\u0105\u0107. Czasem czuj\u0119 si\u0119 tak przebod\u017acowana, \u017ce to jedyne, na co mnie sta\u0107 \u2013 i to wystarcza. Medytuj\u0119 coraz rzadziej, ale marzy mi si\u0119 powr\u00f3t do regularnej praktyki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Egoizm? Nie. Pozytywna troska o siebie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nie gotuj\u0119. Nie sprz\u0105tam dla relaksu. Ale robi\u0119 mn\u00f3stwo rzeczy, kt\u00f3re s\u0142u\u017c\u0105 tylko mnie: codzienna piel\u0119gnacja, zadbanie o mindset, nauka, rozw\u00f3j. Moja terapeutka m\u00f3wi, \u017ce mam w sobie \u201epozytywny egoizm\u201d \u2013 i mo\u017ce co\u015b w tym jest. Bo naprawd\u0119 umiem o siebie zadba\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pisanie? Czasem schodzi na drugi plan.
